By using CartNerve, you agree to our autonomous operations model. We build the autopilot, but you keep the keys.
1. Service Definition
CartNerve provides an autonomous SRE platform that monitors telemetry and executes remediation actions (HealBot). By connecting your infrastructure, you authorize CartNerve to perform remediation actions based on your configured confidence thresholds.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for configuring appropriate confidence thresholds for autonomous actions. While HealBot uses pre-validated playbooks, you must ensure your infrastructure can safely handle automated restarts, rollbacks, and scaling actions.
Safety Recommendation: We highly recommend starting in “Approval Mode” for all critical services to validate HealBot's logic before enabling full autonomy.
3. Liability & Performance
CartNerve is provided “as is”. While we aim for 99.9% resolution accuracy, we are not liable for incidental downtime or data discrepancies resulting from automated remediation actions.
Detailed audit trails (Postmortems) are provided for every action taken by HealBot to ensure full transparency and accountability.
